I'm known for being innovative and positively charged with a focus on not wallowing in the past, (which we cannot change). Instead focussing on where you'd like your life to head 

My experience to date in life generally includes the following;

Creating future accessibility to the garden for my disabled mum. I'm looking after her and "looking out for" a range of senior citizens with all kinds of challenges and relatives who have variously vascular dementia, dementia, Parkinsons and more. Keyholding and helping with a Seniors Lunch Club every week

I'm a cancer survivor (so far)

I’ve given advice as a Guest Speaker at house parties, Public and Charity events, Churches and Circles of Friends. I’ve been featured in the past in the UK press many times, and provided my advice on national UK TV shows, at national conferences, theatres and on Sky TV. I am delighted to have clients in all walks of life across the world. Helping people in this way since 1987

Recently invited to support (still am) Essex County Council (UK) in developing and designing their support for carers. Currently a member of the UK NHS Digital Research Panel (by invitation) to lend my voice to improving digital services and accessibility for the less able
